Yesterday's Reality
Being in San Francisco this week my reality has changed a wee bit. Not too much from the norm but highlights of Sunday night would be accepting the same complement that I dance well from the same person, a persistent and teasing but not annoying or pesado Mexican like 5 times. I kept asking if he was perhaps drunk or borracho and he insisted, no. I later found out, it was not borrachera but something white and that you snort. Yippee! Even better, but it wasn't coke I found out, just speed. I mean, who needs that sort of stuff. I can't understand people who take large amounts of drugs. If you can't reach altered states of awareness without drugs, your life needs a different dimension. I was later trying to figure out why a smoke-free club in San Francisco was allowing half of it to smoke marijuana in there while reggae music was being played while the tobacco smokers were going downstairs. Yes, it is technically illegal but for me, although it is not a multinational corporation it is still smoke.
